  • Can foreigners buy property in Abu Dhabi?

    Yes. Foreign nationals can own freehold property in Abu Dhabi’s designated investment zones, such as Yas Island, Saadiyat Island, Al Reem Island, Al Maryah Island and Al Raha Beach.

  • How does property qualify for the UAE Golden Visa?

    A property investment of AED 2 million or more can qualify the owner for a 10-year renewable UAE Golden Visa, subject to the prevailing eligibility rules.

  • What payment plans are available for off-plan?

    Off-plan developments typically offer a down payment followed by instalments during construction and a portion on handover. Post-handover plans are also common. Terms vary by developer and project.

  • What is the buying process?
