About Bloom Living Olvera Bloom Living Olvera is the sixth and latest phase of the mega-project Bloom Living, situated in the developing area of Zayed City near Zayed International Airport. The community evokes a Mediterranean resort vibe with its refined Spanish architecture, shaded walkways, lush palms and exotic trees. The construction is scheduled for completion in the third quarter of 2027. Bloom Living Olvera features an exquisite collection of 288 residences, including two-storey 2-3 bedroom townhouses ranging in size from 1,300 sq. ft to 2,450 sq. ft. The interior design will showcase soft shades of beige, brown, peach and pearl white, with natural materials like wood and marble for
